When Kelley Higney’s six-month-old daughter experienced severe reactions to bug bites in the area, she tried every remedy on the market with zero luck. By chance, she landed on something that worked: a suction tool that extracts insect saliva and venom to alleviate the effects of bites. So along with her mother, Elle McAllister, the duo created the now cult-favorite line of products, Bug Bite Thing.
